HISTORY
Tyddyn Du Campsite was established in 1944, 75 years ago and is still run by the same family today. Some of our regular customers have been returning for over 40 years!
THE SITEThe site is located in the middle of ancient oak woodland, and overlooks the Mawddach Estuary which is a
Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). It's an excellent area to see many different wild fowl and other bird varieties.
The site is around 8 acres in size with varied camping opportunities - from covered, sheltered woodland camping spaces to wide open areas nearer the estuary itself.
